The recent typhoon and earthquake in Japan have caused concern about the welfare of our sisters there.
Our sisters in Japan are fine. Typhoon Jebi caused some damage to houses and the schools but the damage is not significant.
The earthquake was on the northern most island and the sisters live in the south. They were not affected by the earthquake directly.
We pray for all those who are feeling the effects of these natural disasters.
