What personal data we collect and why we collect it

In general, when visiting the website of the School Sisters of Notre Dame, no personal data is saved. However, data can be given on a voluntary basis as in contact forms or comments. No data will be passed on to third parties without your consent. Please note that security cannot be guaranteed for unsecured data transmission on the internet (e.g. via email). Such data could possibly be accessed by third parties.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on this site we collect the information shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. The comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely on this site. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments more quickly.

Contact forms

We keep contact form submissions only for the amount of time it takes to answer the query. We do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
