Between January 16 and 20, 2019, the chapter of the Hungarian Province of the School Sisters of Notre Dame gathered in Tahi, Hungary to elect a new provincial councilor. The 14-member assembly chose Sister M. Irén Csermely to replace S. M. Regina Bencze, who resigned from the ministry. S. M. Irén’s service is for two and a half years.

The election process was accompanied by Sister Roxanne Schares, General Superior, and Sister Ines Camiran, General Councilor.
