Sweden will host World Environmental Day 2022. This year is the Golden anniversary of the international day focusing on the condition of the earth. When the observance started many people dismissed it as nonsense. Today we see that it is real. Everyone can do something to protect our world. It was Archbishop Desmond Tutu who challenged us “Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.”

As SSNDs we are called to a life in a faith community This, in turn, calls us to “embrace all humanity and the whole of creation. (YAS 9))
